Please note when making a group booking:

You will not be asked to pay anything upfront when you click "Book Now" on the “Availability Page to select a date/time as this is a REQUEST OF DATE application only.  

We will then send you a confirmation email of acceptance at which time you will then have 3 days to pay a $100 deposit to secure this booking. (tentative bookings are not confirmed until deposits are paid)

Please note regarding Participant Numbers - This is only an estimate at this stage - final/accurate numbers are only needed approx. 3-5 days out from the booking date.  At which time the final invoice will be sent to you based on your final number less the deposit already paid.
